Practical Example: If you purchase a single-domain license for Hetzner Cloud Module for WHMCS, you cannot install it across 5 different hosting websites, upload the ZIP archive to a public GitHub repository, or re-package it as a "Custom VPS Plugin" for resale to third-party hosting providers.
WHMCSModule Networks is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages incurred by you or third parties. This includes potential business interruptions, server downtime loss, or profit losses resulting from website access or software usage. These limitations are essential components of our licensing agreement.
Practical Example: If a third-party server provider (such as Hetzner or Contabo) experiences a datacenter outage, or if an admin misconfigures API credentials causing a temporary server reboot delay, WHMCSModule Networks is not responsible for indirect business revenue claims or SLA penalty fees.
All software, modules, and custom developments from WHMCSModule Networks remain the exclusive property of WHMCSModule Networks and are protected by international copyright laws. WHMCSModule Networks retains all administrative rights, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and trademarks. Embedded copyright headers must remain visible and unaltered at all times.
Practical Example: Modifying underlying licensing functions, removing author copyright block comments inside PHP files, or re-branding WHMCSModule Networks source code as your company's own proprietary work constitutes a violation of copyright law.
Sub-licensing, renting, leasing, loaning, or reselling software licenses without authorization is illegal and results in immediate license revocation. Upon termination or uninstallation of a service or module, all stored copies across all media must be permanently deleted. WHMCSModule Networks reserves the right to terminate licenses without prior notice upon terms violation.
Practical Example: If a client shares their active license key or unencrypted module files on web hosting forums or warez sites, the license key will be blacklisted instantly, and all active installations associated with the account will be revoked.
Software and services are accepted "as-is" without implied warranties, merchantability conditions, or non-infringement guarantees. Risk of software performance and environment compatibility remains with the customer, supported by our 24/7 technical team.
Practical Example: While our modules are thoroughly tested on standard WHMCS, Blesta, WISECP, and ClientExec releases, we cannot guarantee out-of-the-box compatibility with customized third-party core overrides or unreleased future software versions prior to official patch releases.
Annual licenses grant software access alongside 24/7 technical support and compatibility updates. To maintain continuous access, license renewals must be completed before the invoice due date. Proforma invoices are delivered via email and the Client Area; failure to complete renewal payments results in automated license suspension.
Practical Example: If your annual license renewal invoice is due on October 1st, automated reminder emails with a PDF invoice will be sent in advance. If unpaid by October 1st, API license verification will pause until payment is received, after which service instantly reactivates.

Practical Example: If you receive an API communication error during a Contabo VPS provision test, opening a support ticket with your Module Activity Log and error screenshot allows our engineers to diagnose and issue a fix rapidly.
Upon payment confirmation, download files are dispatched immediately via support tickets, direct client area downloads, or automated registration emails. If download instructions are not received within 5 working days of purchase, please contact us immediately; otherwise, the order is deemed successfully delivered and deployed.
Practical Example: As soon as your checkout payment clears, your module ZIP file and license key appear instantly under Services > My Products in your Client Area. You do not need to wait for manual email approval.
Clients agree to contact WHMCSModule Networks administration to resolve billing inquiries prior to initiating bank disputes. Unresolved billing inquiries must be submitted in writing within 30 days of invoice payment. Initiating unauthorized chargebacks contrary to this agreement may result in account termination, legal referral, or debt collection processing.
Practical Example: If you accidentally place a double order due to a browser glitch, contacting support resolves the issue immediately with an instant refund. Filing a bank chargeback without ticket resolution violates our TOS and triggers account suspension.
