Terms of Services
The following terms and conditions (these "Terms") govern the provision by WHMCSModule.Net of the services and/or products (referred collectively herein as "Services and Products") described on the Server Order Form, the Service Level Agreement and Service Exhibit attached hereto (collectively the "Service Descriptions") and defined in any of the Company's product support listing, to the customer ("Customer") identified on the Service Descriptions. The Service Descriptions, these Terms and the attachments and any addenda hereto, executed with respect to the Services and Products, are referred to herein, collectively, as this "Agreement."
Service Lavel Agreement
Our full and primary dedication is to our customers. As this is a service related business, we’d be nowhere without them. This SLA describes any and all responsibilities WHMCSModule.Net has to you, the individual. Our ticket resolution SLA is 24 hours. This gives us plenty of time to login, look at the issue, address the issue, and resolve it.
In order to cancel your monthly package, you MUST open up a support ticket or the service will terminated after 2 days of overdue.
Our scripts are all licensed and encoded using ioncube. You do not have permission, or right to disassemble, reverse engineer, or duplicate this code. If found doing so, your license will be invalidated/terminated. From time to time, we offer specials with our month to month administrative / support packages. If you obtain a license through this special, your license will be made available as soon as possible, and active as long as you continue those packages. When your package expires or is cancelled, your license will be as well. We take piracy seriously. If your license is reported to us , we will take full legal recourse, available to us under the DMCA . We spend a good deal of time with support and development on our products and services. Respect this.
