Account Status Extended - WHMCS Module

Requirements

1. WHMCS Version: 8.6 or higher
2. Module License: Valid License Key required
3. PHP Version: PHP 7.4 or PHP 8.1 with IonCube Loader v12

Installation Guide

1. Extract Archive
   Download the <module>.zip file to your computer and extract the contents using your preferred zip extraction program.

2. Upload Files
   Upload the modules folder directly into your root WHMCS directory.

3. Activate Module
   In your WHMCS admin area, navigate to Setup / System Settings → Addon Modules and click Activate next to Account Status Extended.

4. Configure License
   Click the Configure button for Account Status Extended and enter your License Key.

5. Set Access Control
   Grant Access Control permissions to the appropriate admin role groups and save settings.

6. Configure Addon Settings
   Navigate to Addons → Account Status Extended → Settings:

   • Select the Admin user who will receive email notifications.
   • Set the number of Days after which an inactive account will automatically close.
   • Click Save.

7. Enable Encoded File Loading
   Ensure file loading is enabled by navigating to:
   System Settings → General Settings → Other tab → select "Attempt to load all files" under Encoded File Loading.

8. Installation Complete!
